Two Power Plant Boilers and Ducts Insulation, Bulgaria for Alstom Client: G+H Isolierung Project Specification: Hot Insulation
During one year 120.000 m² insulation have been installed with a maximum manpower up to 450 workers. Due to short installation time of one year a good coordination between other disciplines and client and insulation works was required. Material supply and procurement coordination was a challenge for the short installation time, three to four trucks with several materials needed to be unloaded per day and the material to be dispatched to the areas of application.
