During revamp (turn-around) it was required to assure the quality and specification conformity of the cryogenic insulation. In total 4500m existing old piping insulation was stripped off and new insulation has been installed. Three layer PIR-pipe section system with intermediate and final vapour barrier was applied for LNG piping. Two layer Foamglas system has been applied for Nitrogen lines. On all lines metal sheet as mechanical protection has been installed.
